An exhibition like no other. House of Kong is a one-of-a-kind immersive experience celebrating 25 years of Gorillaz.

Plan for about 90 minutes of pure Gorillaz magic. That’s enough time to soak up every audiovisual moment and let the full experience sink in.

House of Kong runs 10:00 am – 8:30 pm for Flexi ticket holders, so you can swing by whenever works best within that window.

No, online only. These tickets sell fast and are in high demand. The experience runs for a short time, for the last time, so you definitely want to book yours ahead of time.

Try early morning or later afternoon weekday slots! Those timeslots usually have lower-priced options, there are no off-peak tickets on Saturday or Sunday.

To allow everyone to have the best experience, we ask that no videos or photos are taken or shared from inside of the exhibition. Stickers will be applied to phones at the start of the exhibition.

Parking is available, we’ll be operating a valet service at House of Kong, this service is available for purchase when you buy your ticket.

A ticket is required for all attendees and under 16s must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

Due to the short run and last opportunity to experience HOK, there’s no student discount this time, but you can chase those off-peak ticket deals during the opening and closing slots of each weekday for lower cost options.

This experience is fully immersive. Expect dark scenes, small spaces, flashing lights, fog, loud audio, and uneven flooring. Comfy shoes are recommended, leave the high heels at home.

House of Kong is audio led. To assist with accessibility the experience uses over-ear headphones which generally fit over most hearing aids. If you wear a hearing aid, we also have hearing loops available with the audio guide. Please request at the audio guide desk at the entrance to House of Kong. Printed transcripts of the audio experience are available at the point of headphone distribution.

No large bags (bigger than A4), cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, outside food or drink, strollers, large mobility gear, glass bottles, vaping devices, weapons, basically keep it simple and light!

Large bags, suitcases, and large backpacks are not permitted. Small handbags (no bigger than A4) and phone cases are fine. Security may ask to inspect your bag, so be ready for a quick check.

Advance tickets bought online via or ticketing partner Gigantic can only be refunded if the customer has purchased the Gigantic Refund Plan and the refund request falls into the criteria.

Advance tickets may in certain circumstances be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability. This is done by Gigantic who will firstly refund the original ticket (minus the booking fee) and then rebook the new tickets (including a new booking fee). To arrange a transfer due to extenuating circumstances please email customerservices@gigantic.com.
